Joy Etheridge, Operations Manager, has extensive years coordinating projects and prioritizes personalized attention for every individual involved. Similar to Andrew’s hurricane experience, her background is in hurricane construction emergency management. From before the storm prep to after the final inspection she’s the best advocate for your project.

Born in Key West, Florida she grew up on an Island, went to college in Fort Lauderdale and now resides in Indian River County. Her first experience with hurricane’s was Andrew in 1992, she lost her own house in 2004, worked diligently to help the Keys recover after 2017 and she’ll be here for many more. She has a vast knowledge in both residential and commercial construction from the inside out, in addition to being an onsite field super and project manager in her career she also spent time working in structural engineering.
